Index™ with knives is the most comprehensive set in the range, comprising four colour-coded, non-slip chopping boards plus four co-ordinating knives. Each chopping board has an index-style illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for, along with specialised cutting features to help with food preparation. There’s a juice-catching groove on the red meat board; a sloping rim for catching food and liquids on the green vegetable board; an integrated fish-grip on the blue fish board and crumb-catching grooves on the white cooked food board. Each knife has a tough, stainless-steel blade designed to suit its specific task, an ergonomic handle and is colour-coded to match its corresponding board.
