Designed to reduce cross-contamination of different food types, Index Bamboo comprises three food-specific chopping boards with a sturdy metal storage stand. Each board is made from tough, natural bamboo and features an index-style tab indicating which food type it should be used for – raw meat, cooked food or vegetables. Each board slots securely onto the metal stand which also features non-slip feet. Gift box.

Care & Use: Chopping boards - Wash by hand and wipe dry (do not soak). To maintain best condition, oil regularly with a food-safe oil. Storage stand – wipe clean with a damp cloth.
